The vision of a healthy corporation must be accompanied by well-defined goals. Our individual and mutual health goals should only be established once we have a realistic understanding of where we are now, and where we want to be in the future. To support this vital process, HBE has designed a comprehensive Health Report Card for each division. This summarizes the key health risk factors of our population, and helps formulate goals for change. When paired with Health Action Plans; we can work toward lasting and meaningful improvements throughout the upcoming year.
